DELIVERY CONDITIONS

All sales and deliveries are subject to availability of the products and payment confirmation, which can be by debit/credit card, cash on delivery and/or bank transfer.
In the latter case, the details of the bank account where the deposit can be made will be sent by email to the customer once the order has been formalised.

With the economic transaction confirmed, the order will be processed and shipped, the delay will depend on the final destination of the goods, according to the delivery conditions that appear on the website.
In all cases, there may be factors that delay delivery, such as the absence of people at the destination address, logistics problems of distribution companies, etc.
These situations, alienating our organization, occur very rarely, and we will do everything possible to ensure that your purchases are delivered in a timely manner.

COSTS AND DELIVERY TERMS

At the time of product selection, you will be informed of the availability of the product or if it has to be done, in the latter case the completion period is approximately 6 weeks.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase depending on the item chosen and the destination.

TAX

The product prices that are in our online store include VAT.

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations, VAT will be applied to shipments to natural or legal persons resident in the European Union who do not have an intra-community NIF.

This tax will be deductible on purchases made for residents of the European Union within the EU with intra-community NIF.

Purchases made by non-EU residents (their tax regime also being understood as Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) are exempt from VAT.

Shipments outside Spain do not include duties or customs charges of the destination country.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Claims, made within a maximum of 3 days, arising from transport or product defects, will be assessed individually.
To avoid delays, we recommend that you review the purchase details and product specifications carefully before making the purchase.
